Last night our soccer team played really good but came up short in the end, losing 3 to 2. We took an early lead and were ahead 1 to 0 at the half. In the second the other team came out charging and scored to tie things up. Then they took the lead with a penalty shot goal on a somewhat debateable call. Our team continued to play strong but not having any subs really started to take its toll on our overall team energy. They scored a chip shot from far out that just dropped inside the crossbar for their third goal. With time running out, we managed to get a second goal but it was not enough.
